I left because I’m lost and now I’m lost because I left. I can’t handle this feeling. It aches leaving you but I had to because I am not ok. I am disconnected from you and the entire world around me. This is not a cry for help it’s me crying to help myself. I don’t know if this is the end. I dont want it to be.
